Youth and Social Responsibility

The Office of the International Symposium for Islamic Youth in Egypt is holding the Youth Forum in its eighth session under the slogan “Youth and Social Responsibility” as part of a series of youth forums that the Office implements annually in Ismailia Governorate, during the period from 1 to 4 February 2024 AD under the auspices of the International Islamic Council for Preaching and Relief, and honored by the presence of His Excellency Professor Dr. Muhammad Abd al-Rahman al-Duwaini, Undersecretary of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, His Excellency Professor Dr. Salama Dawoud, President of Al-Azhar University, and Professor Dr. Muhammad Hussein Al-Mahrasawi, Vice President of the International Organization of Al-Azhar Graduates and former President of Al-Azhar University, as well as Professor Dr. Nahla Al-Saidi, Advisor to His Eminence the Sheikh of Al-Azhar for International Student Affairs and Head of the Student Education Development Center. Expatriates and foreigners, and an elite group of scholars and thinkers.They will be received by His Excellency Dr. Reda Mohamed Abdo, Director of the Office of the International Symposium for Islamic Youth in Egypt, who stated that the aim of the forum is to consolidate the value of work, interaction and participation, in order to form a positive personality for students that contribute effectively to building their societies and nations, within a framework of wisdom and moderation that he urged. The forum’s program includes a number of cultural, sporting and artistic events that instill the meanings of integration and acceptance of others, and explore and develop the leadership skills of the 100 students representing 20 nationalities, who study at Al-Azhar University and other Egyptian universities.
