The Council coordinates and plans for everything related to the affairs of Islamic da'wah and relief in the world, in particular the following matters: -
- Studying the means and capabilities that help spread the Islamic call in all parts of the world.
- Research and study the problems facing advocacy organizations and propose appropriate solutions to them, and study the reports drawn up by the bodies working in the field of advocacy and issue recommendations in their regard.
- Work to support and adhere to religious values in the various media organizations.
- Follow-up and study the conditions of Islamic minorities and support them, guided by the available studies and reports of Islamic centers for these minorities.
- Strengthen the efforts made to spread the Islamic call, introduce Islam and achieve solidarity among Muslims in various countries of the world.
- Protecting the Islamic call and its means, spreading true religious teachings and values, and confronting anti-Islam currents and sects, by all legitimate means.
- Supporting the bonds of acquaintance and solidarity between Islamic peoples by coordinating the holding of conferences, seminars, meetings and camps for Islamic youth.
- Sending preachers after their selection and training to spread the true Islamic call and culture to various places, especially to Muslim minority communities.
- Allocating scholarships to peoples and minorities in Islamic universities, institutes and schools, coordinating this among donors, and ensuring the proper selection and sponsorship of scholars.
- Preparing, printing, publishing and distributing the Noble Qur’an and translations of its meanings, as well as books, magazines and letters that introduce Islam in its values and principles, as well as publications that defend Islam from libel or forgery attached to its principles, and publishing the publications of this Council to people in various languages.
- Follow-up and direct the assistance provided to Islamic peoples in cases of disasters and public calamities in order to achieve the principle of solidarity and solidarity among Muslims.
- Encouraging and establishing colleges, institutes and mosques that work to spread Islamic culture in different countries, and establish centers for preparing and training preachers.
- Follow-up and encourage schools and mosques that specialize in memorizing the Holy Quran in all Islamic countries.
- Providing studies, information and statistics that can be used in the work of the Council.
- Benefiting from graduates from universities and institutes, attaching them to centers for preparing and training preachers, and assisting them in joining the appropriate jobs for them.
