The Headquarters Agreement was signed in 1993 between the Egyptian government and the International Islamic Council for Call and Relief in accordance with the decision of the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt No. 293 of 1993 issued on 3/5/1993 and with the approval of the People’s Assembly in its session held on January 8, 1994 AD to ratify the decision of the President of the Republic and the President of the Republic ratification of the Convention Headquarters on January 11, 1994, which was published in the Official Gazette on January 24, 1994.
