Ruling on working on an institutional social solidarity project

First: The Islamic Sharia encourages every action that leads to social solidarity. In accordance with the Almighty’s saying: “And cooperate in righteousness and piety” [Al-Ma’idah: 2], and in the authentic hadith: “And God is in the help of the servant as long as the servant is in a Sahih” narrated by Muslim. Second: What the union aims at as explained in the question is legally acceptable as long as this project is carried out in a legitimate manner in which justice and assistance is provided to the union members in the manner described in the terms of the agreement.
