Ruling on working on an institutional social solidarity project

First: The Islamic Sharia encourages every action that leads to social solidarity. In accordance with the Almighty’s saying: “And cooperate in righteousness and piety” [Al-Ma’idah: 2], and in the authentic hadith: “And God is in the help of the servant as long as the servant is in a Sahih” narrated by Muslim. Second: What the union aims at as explained in the question is legally acceptable as long as this project is carried out in a legitimate manner in which justice and assistance is provided to the union members in the manner described in the terms of the agreement. Third: The terms of this agreement, for which he is responsible, are organizational clauses between the two parties, in which we do not see anything that contradicts Islamic Sharia or that it contradicts it. If this is the case as stated in the question.
