Fatwas and legal rulings
The truth of the matter is that all the money that a person puts his hand on is the property of God Almighty, but it is added to the property of man as a metaphor, and he is only a servant of God’s servants whom the Rightful Owner, Glory be to Him, has entrusted to administer these funds in terms of testing and testing; God Almighty said in the ultimate verses of his verses: “Believe in God and His Messenger and spend from that which He has made you heirs” [Al-Hadid: 7]. The noble verse indicates that money originates from God Almighty. That is: the behavior of the servant in it is only in accordance with the will of his Lord Almighty; Imam al-Qurtubi says in his “Tafsir” (17/238, Dar al-Kutub al-Masryah): [(of which He has made you entrusted) is evidence that the origin of ownership is for God Almighty, and that the servant has nothing in it except the disposition that pleases God, so he will be rewarded for that with Paradise. It is in the rights of God and it is easy for him to spend from it, as it is easy for a man, spending from someone else’s money if he is allowed to do so, he will have a great reward and a great reward] Ah. And the scholar al-Abdari al-Maliki says in “Al-Madkhal” (1/132, i. Dar al-Turath): [Although a person has the right to dispose of his money, but it is an imperfect behavior, it is forbidden for him to do so; because he does not have the perfect king; Because it was permitted for him to spend it in places and it was forbidden to spend it in places, so the money in reality is not his money, but it is in his hand on a bare basis, provided that he spends it in such-and-such and does not spend it in such-and-such, and this is clear and stipulated in the Qur’an and hadith] ah. And God Almighty has decided the aforementioned meaning of the slave being in control of the land and what is on it as a successor to God Almighty by saying: “Then We made you successors on earth after them, that we may see how you will be” [Yunus: 14]. Imam al-Baydawi said in “Anwar al-Tanzil wa Asrar al-Ta’wil” (4/260, i. Dar al-Turath al-Arabi): [It is He who made you successors on earth, casting you the reins of disposition over it] Ah. God Almighty has made man his successor on earth so that his disposal is for the good. Imam Al-Suyuti said in “Al-Dur Al-Manthur” (4/347, i. Dar Al-Fikr): [Ibn Jarir, Ibn Al-Mundhir, Ibn Abi Hatim and Abu Al-Sheikh narrated on the authority of Qatada in his saying: Omar Ibn Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, recited this verse and said: Our Lord has spoken the truth, we have not made successors on earth except to look at our deeds. Based on this: the person’s disposal of money in any form whatsoever is in fact a disposal of something other than his possession, and the disposal of the property of others depends on the permission of its owner, and God Almighty has authorized man to acquire money, benefit from it and spend it in legitimate and specific ways When the money was acquired through a legitimate way, then he has the right to dispose of it. only God knows.
