It adopts rehabilitation programs through the establishment of vocational training centers and the establishment of specialized courses, the establishment of public libraries and administrative training centers for computer education, the establishment of religious and cultural competitions, courses, conferences, seminars, educational camps and specialized courses.</span></span></span><span class="zEswK"></span></div><p></p>
