Global Symposium organizes educational course for young people in Bolivia

The office of the World Assembly of Muslim Youth held a four-day educational course for Muslim minority youth in Bolivia. The course was held in the city of Santa Cruz, located in the western region of South America.A number of trainers and heads of Islamic centers participated in presenting the course, in which they presented scientific programs and cultural lectures, answered the participants' inquiries and provided solutions to problems that concern the Muslim minority and new Muslims in Bolivia.For his part, the director of the seminar’s office in Brazil, Mr. Ali Abdouni, valued the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its role in caring for Muslim minorities in the world, and providing all that qualifies them and helps them preserve their identity and religion.

Activities of the Eighth Youth Forum of the International Symposium on Islamic Youth

Within the framework of the activities of the Eighth Youth Forum, which is held by the International Symposium for Islamic Youth, under the auspices of Al-Azhar University and the International Islamic Council for Preaching and Relief, many scientific, cultural, sporting and entertainment events were held in the presence of an elite group of scholars, His Excellency Professor Dr. Muhammad Al-Duwaini - Undersecretary of Al-Azhar, and His Excellency Professor Dr. Salama Daoud - President of Al-Azhar University, His Excellency Professor Dr. Muhammad Hussein Al-Mahrasawi - Vice President of the International Organization of Al-Azhar Graduates and former President of Al-Azhar University, Professor Dr. Nahla Al-Saidi - Advisor to His Eminence the Sheikh of Al-Azhar and Head of the Center for the Development of Education for Foreign and International Students, and His Eminence Professor/ Hamid Abu Talib - Advisor to His Eminence the Grand Imam and Assistant Secretary-General of the International Islamic Council for Preaching and Relief for Financial and Administrative Affairs, His Excellency Professor Dr. Muhammad Muhammad Daoud - Islamic thinker and professor of linguistics at Suez Canal University, His Excellency Dr. Mustafa Al-Shimi - Director General of the International Islamic Council for Preaching and Relief, and His Excellency Professor Dr. Muhammad Al-Jundi - Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Da’wah. And Professor/Mohamed Qasim - General Director of Student Welfare at Al-Azhar University,A group of guests and dignitaries, and the forum’s activities will continue from February 1 to February 4, 2024, which includes cultural lectures, training courses, workshops, and a distinguished sports and entertainment program for 100 Egyptian university students from 19 nationalities.

The global symposium lays the foundation stone for the orphan sponsorship building in Senegal

>The office of the “International Islamic Youth Forum” in Senegal laid the foundation stone for the Al-Falah Center for Orphans in the village of “Kutnaga in the city of Kolkh,” which is 470 km away from the capital, “Dakar.” The director of the symposium office in Senegal (Mr. Fathi Eid) states that the center serves (3,000) people within (220) families of the region’s population and includes classrooms and housing for teachers and orphans, along with toilets, a warehouse, and a kitchen to provide full care for the beneficiaries. He added that the parents and families of orphans expressed their joy and happiness with this project, which will provide an important resource for them and their children. They also expressed their thanks and appreciation to the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its humanitarian support and care for this segment, which lacks a breadwinner and supporter and needs someone to care for it and provide an educational and learning environment to contribute to establishing their future and achieving their ambitions.He added that the “Global Symposium” continues its efforts in providing these works and programs that care for orphans and help them face the difficulties of life through these homes and centers that it establishes in the areas most in need to achieve its lofty mission in the fields of charitable and humanitarian work..

The International Forum for Islamic Youth launches a development center in Niger

>On Tuesday, January 16, 2024, the office of the World Muslim Youth Forum in Niger launched a new development center in the capital, Niamey. This came in the presence of a number of executives and people who appreciated the humanitarian efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the government and people. Director of the World Symposium Office in Niger, Mohamed Nour, said: The center includes a mosque, a prayer hall for women, classrooms, an artesian well, and housing for the imam, and provides them with educational opportunities and a number of life services that the residents of the region need, including clean drinking water. In turn, the people expressed their joy and gratitude to the Kingdom and its generous people who met their need in building this comprehensive center, praying to God Almighty to preserve the Kingdom’s security and prosperity and protect its people and leadership from all evil and harm..
