The Youth Committee is composed of members representing the following entities:

    The International Islamic Committee for Women and Children is composed of representatives of the women's branches of member organizations and individuals who are known for their Islamic commitment and activity in the fields of social service.

The Youth Committee is concerned with the following matters:

The International Islamic Committee for Women and Children is specialized in the following matters:
1- Coordinating the efforts of international Islamic organizations concerned with women and children’s issues, the specialized committees and their branches, and enabling them to achieve integration and the ability to invest their energies, develop their working methods, and strengthen the joint effort among them for the rights of Muslim women and children.
2- Seeking to ensure respect and implementation of the rights of women and children in a manner that does not conflict with Islamic Sharia.
3- Strengthening links and coordination with the various Islamic bodies concerned with the rights of women and children at the Arab, regional and international levels.
4- Protecting victims of violations of women's and children's rights, following up on their cases, supporting them, and providing aid and advice to them and their families.
5- Introducing the specifics of the displaced Muslim woman and the displaced child (or the Muslim girl child) and influencing the international organizations concerned with refugees and displaced persons, to take into account these particularities.
6- Highlighting the suffering of Muslim women and children who are victims of armed attacks and the physical and psychological abuse and violation of their rights, and alerting the international community and international organizations to the suffering of the displaced Muslim woman and the displaced Muslim girl.
7- Influencing individuals and organizations dealing with refugees in order to develop services provided to displaced women and their children in emergency situations.
8- Helping refugee women and children in all respects when circumstances force them to migrate, leaving their accustomed social, economic and environmental life.
9- Influencing the international organizations concerned with the issues of the displaced and refugees to include the teaching of the Islamic religion in the school curricula, and encouraging the establishment of Islamic cultural institutions in the refugee camps supervised by these organizations.
10- Make organized efforts to house Muslim women and children in Islamic institutions with the aim of preserving their religion and Islamic personality and preventing the exploitation of the needs of refugees and displaced persons to change their beliefs and traditions.
11- Cooperating with international organizations concerned with women and children in a way that preserves their rights and guarantees them a decent life in the land of migration.
